2009 World Series of Birding

eBirders

Welcome to the eBird Team Page!
On May 9, 2009, Team Sapsucker from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology will compete in World Series of Birding in New Jersey. Four of the team members are the dedicated staff members who bring you eBird: project leaders Brian Sullivan, Chris Wood, and Marshall Iliff, and programmer Tim Lenz. They’ll be joining teammates Jessie Barry and Andrew Farnsworth to find as many birds in New Jersey as is humanly possible in 24 hours—and to raise funds to sustain and improve eBird for you, scientists, the birding community, so that eBird data can be used in conservation efforts across the hemisphere.
